Today’s Blog will address 5 reasons why no one is buying your products or services  you will be equipped to remove any objections and offer your products and services to your target audience.

#1 Reason why people dont’ buy from you.

They Don’t Understand Your product or service

This is a simple problem to fix. If your target customer doesn’t understand what your product or service will do for them, then they will be confused and will not buy.

Example: What would make someone purchase a watch when they have a cell phone that showcases the time?

  • The watch can be a fashion statement
  • Helps them reduce time spent on their phone
  • Easily accessible

Your goal as an entrepreneur is to ensure that you have answered every objection your potential customer may have so there is nothing standing in their way when it comes to making a purchase.

You have to articulate why they need it and the benefit they will receive from it.

#2 Reason why people don’t buy from you.

Your product/service does not solve a problem people need.

Your product or service doesn’t solve a problem people want solved.

There are many entrepreneurs who have told customers what they will receive as a result of purchasing from them, only to be disappointed when they received the product or service.

This makes consumers skeptical when it comes to doing business with you, make sure your product or service does what you say it will do. We live in a time where bad reviews can kill a business.

#3 Reason why people don’t buy from you.

Your message isn’t clear.

You don’t have the right marketing message. Marketing messages are the key to success for any business.

You need to have a clear and concise message that you’re passing on to your customers, and this message needs to be tailored for your audience so that it is memorable and they can make a well informed decision when it comes to purchasing from your business.

#4 Reason why people don’t buy from you.

The simple answer here is they are not your customer, sometimes you are trying to offer your products or services to people who are not your target customer.

Would you try to sell candy to someone with a toothache?

Probably not and that’s why you need to know who is your target customer and offer them what they need.

What Are They Searching For?

It’s really simple, people are online looking for solutions to their lives all the time, you just have to make a plan on how you are going to reach them where your messages stick out over your competitors.

I’m sure you realize that people who buy from Mcdonalds also purchase from other fast food restaurants, such as Burger King, Wendys, Sonic and White Castles.

The point I am making here is to stop worrying about your competitors when there are many businesses that may offer the same products/services doesn’t mean that your business can’t succeed.

Ask questions, don’t be afraid to ask them what they are looking for, you’re not a mind reader the more you know what they need the better your product or service will be to solve their problem.

#5 Reason why people don’t buy from you

You’re not promoting your products or services enough.

Putting your messages out 1 or 2 times is not enough for people to remember you.

People are busy with children, work, and many other things they may see your ad or post one time, however it doesn’t mean that they are going to purchase it the first time they see it.

Consistency is the name of the game you have to continue to show up and this will show your audience how committed you are.

When the time is right and when they are ready to purchase your consistency will have built up a space in their mind where you are the go to person to purchase from.

How can you improve your chances of getting people to buy your

product?

It is important to have a well-written sales page. It should be persuasive and should convince the customer that they need your product. The following are some tips to help you improve your chances of getting people to buy your product.

  • Use the power of storytelling. It is a powerful tool that can be used to connect with customers on an emotional level. Use it wisely and don’t overdo it.
  • Create an emotional connection with your audience by using emotion-laden words, phrases and sentences in your copywriting. This will create a sense of urgency for them to purchase the product as soon as possible before they forget about it or change their mind
  • Use bullet points, numbered lists and subheadings to break up text into digestible chunks for the reader
  • Give them a reason why they should purchase as well as the flip side of them not making a purchase.

What If Someone Asks For Testimonials (and I don’t have any)

No one starts out in business day one with customers, if they haven’t developed a strong marketing strategy before they launch their product/service.

It takes time to build a customer-base. Take this strategy from Walt Disney.

When they have a new product that they want to bring to the market they will get together a focus group or beta-testers.

They will allow you to test out the product for your feedback and also give you incentives for your visit in the park.

How you can structure that in your business, especially for service-based businesses and those who offer digital products, is to get a group of people to test it out for free in exchange for their feedback or offer it a low price point or free trial.

How can you make customers more interested in purchasing what

you have to offer?

There are many ways to make customers interested in purchasing what you have to offer.

One of the most popular methods is providing value for your customers.

For example, if you’re selling a shirt, you could provide a discount if they order two shirts instead of one. This will make them more likely to purchase the second shirt.

What are the consequences if you continue to have no sales?

The consequences of having no sales can be quite detrimental.

The first thing that you need to do is figure out why your business isn’t getting any customers.

If it’s because of a marketing strategy, then you need to re-evaluate your strategy and try something new.

If it’s because your product doesn’t work, then you need to fix the product or get rid of it altogether.

There are many reasons why people don’t purchase from you; however it is never personal.

Your goal as an entrepreneur is to understand why they don’t purchase and remove all their objections.

Once you understand what their problem is you can then create the product or service that meets their needs.
